How long is this training?

The training is approximately four hours.

Pronouns 101

Pronoun Trainings are opportunities to gain a deeper understanding to why it is important to respect other people’s gender identities, to build sympathy based on personal experiences, to practice and normalize sharing and asking pronouns, and to assist you in creating safe and inclusive environments.

Deconstructing Gender

Deconstructing Gender aims to dismantle the notion of the gender binary and start reconstructing your understanding of gender as something more fluid. This training provides the framework through which individuals and organizations can create environments where gender expansive people thrive.
